Led by students, and separate to the University, we’re here to help you get the best from your university experience. Think of us as your voice, your community and your support network during your time at Kingston University. We are the hub for student activity at Kingston with over 20 Sports Clubs, 56 Societies and over 800 Academic Student Representatives.
Every year, Kingston Students' Union hosts the biggest event on the SU calendar 'Freshers Week' for all Kingston Uni students. This is a week filled with activities to help welcome new students onto campus and to Kingston University. It's a great way to help students make new friends from around the world and ease their transition into university life.
Most of our events are for current KSU students only. Events that allow guests will be specifically stated on the event page. If you are unsure, please email studentsunion@kingston.ac.uk
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All ID must be the physical copy. Photographs will not be permitted. Acceptable forms of ID are: Passport, Driver's License (must contain holographic logo), BRP Card, -CitizensUK Card (you can get one here: CitizenCard - UK Photo ID card & Proof of Age)
Kingston University and the Students’ Union has a zero-tolerance policy approach to drugs and drug abuse in any campus space. This extends to KSU affiliated events & spaces off-campus. Some events will require search upon entry.If you are to be found with illegal substances or prohibited items on your person, you will be removed from the event and will face a student disciplinary.
Should anyone make you feel uncomfortable at any time, please do talk to any member of staff, who will respond to your situation sensitively and appropriately. Should you be found to be making anyone uncomfortable at any time, you will be asked to leave any Students’ Union events, and dependent on the severity of the situation, may face a student disciplinary.
