Try something new by coming along to a Mind The Gap session to improve your wellbeing during This Girl Can week!
In this session, students will receive simple but effective breathing and relaxation techniques to help with anxiety, depression and general well-being. There are easy-to-follow guided visualisation exercises and gentle and reassuring guidance for achieving a more peaceful state of mind in a relaxed and safe environment. It is lead by Michael, a fully qualified mindfulness and yoga coach. It is a virtual session via Zoom. Participants do not need to have their cameras on.
