March with Kington University's LGBTQ+ Staff Network, KSU and fellow student at PRIDE IN LONDON
REGISTER HERE TO MARCH WITH KINGSTON AT PRIDE IN LONDON
Happy Pride!
Pride in London 2026 march takes place on Saturday 4 July. Why do we march? We take part to show support for our LGBTQ+ colleagues, our students and our community, regardless of gender or identity. We march for equal rights, for human decency and to remember those we have lost. We will be seen and we will not be silenced. What do you need to know? - The march requires being able to walk/traverse on concrete from Hyde Park Corner over to Piccadilly Circus, Haymarket, Trafalgar Square and ending at Whitehall. - There are many parade floats and 10,000's of people, so things can go at a steady place or slow down, meaning taking part can range between roughly 3-5 hours. - The weather will not stop the march. It is usually very hot, so bring sunscreen, protective clothing and a bottle of water. Stay hydrated and avoid sunburn! - The atmosphere on the day is electric, expect proposals, glitter, love, families, protest and boundless joy! How many spaces? We have been allocated 50 spaces, minus those already reserved for the organisers. The registration form will close on the cut-off date, 29 June 2026 OR when all spaces are allocated. Who are the organisers? The Co-chairs for the LGBTQ+ Network in collaboration with network members, KSU and other allies. Do you want more information?
