Queer Grad Film Night

Join us in watching 3 short films made by KU grads!

An event by our LGBTQ+ staff network - join us for a queer film night, showing films by our graduates! 

  • The Fig & The Wasp - 6 min An experimental film on Super 8 capturing the feeling of falling in love within a Lesbian relationship by exploring memory and the senses. By KSA MA student Sterling Knight.
  • Queer As Folk - 7 min A documentary following 4 generations of women, exploring how a lack of LGBTQ+ Sex Education and Lesbian representation has affected their lives. By KSA Ba Film graduate Charlie Opal Cocker
  • The Bits and Bobs of a Lesbian Look -26 min A documentary about lesbian fashion, both historical and contemporary, and its relation to the lesbian community. Directed by Carmen Burchell, with KSA Ba Film graduate Charlie Opal Cocker
