Welcome to Kingston! Whether you’re completely new to the area or returning for another year, this scavenger hunt is your chance to explore a little more of what’s around you, discover some of Kingston’s hidden gems and have a bit of fun along the way.
You can work in a team of maximum 3 people to navigate around Kingston, solving clues and finding out some of the stories behind the places you pass every day. You’ll need to keep your eyes open, think creatively and (if in a team!) work together to crack the clues and collect the letters you need.
You might find yourself exploring the riverside, discovering some of Kingston’s history, spotting unusual artwork or statues, and visiting places you’ve never noticed before!
Your mission: follow the clues, explore Kingston, answer the questions to collect the letters and see if you can solve the final challenge. You will also get a fun fact about each location - this may also double as another clue if you get stuck!
There’s no need to know Kingston beforehand — everything you need is hidden in the clues. Just bring your team, your phone (in case you need to do a quick google or check your maps), your best detective skills and a willingness to explore!
