Get into the Diwali spirit with an afternoon of creativity and cultural celebration ahead of our main Diwali Festival with Roehampton Union and Southlands College SU!
Hosted by our Hindu Society, Punjabi Society, and International Students' Society, this pop-up event is a chance to try a range of activities, including diya painting, henna, bindis, glitter tattoos, a roti-making competition, and a rangoli toss challenge. There will also be Asian-inspired mocktails, treats and prizes.
This is a fun way to understand Diwali, get a taste for the festival, fireworks and afterparty happening the next day, and to meet the Hindu, Punjabi and International Student societies.
