Boccia (pronounced bot-cha) is a Paralympic sport that’s all about precision and tactics. Played indoors on a court similar to badminton, participants aim to throw or roll soft leather balls as close as possible to a white target ball known as the jack. It’s a seated sport, making it ideal for wheelchair users and those with limited mobility - but it’s open to all! Join us for a no-pressure taster session to celebrate Disability History Month.
