Careers Networking Festival

KSU x CES Networking Festival

📍 Location: Collaboration Space, Main Building, Penryn Road Campus

Open to: All Kingston University students (UG, PG, international & home)

The Speed Networking Event, hosted by Kingston Students’ Union (KSU) in collaboration with the Careers & Employability Service (CES), brings together hundreds of students, employers from leading organisations, and Kingston alumni for an evening of opportunity, connection, and career growth.

What to Expect

This fast-paced and interactive event is designed to help students build confidence, expand their professional networks, and explore career pathways across multiple industries.

Employers will host individual stalls as students rotate between them in short, focused networking sessions. It’s the perfect chance to ask questions, seek guidance, discover opportunities, and leave a memorable first impression.

Event Highlights

  • Opening address from the Students’ Union President
  • Special welcome speech from the Vice-Chancellor
  • Guidance from the Careers & Employability Service on how to make the most of speed networking
  • Meet top employers from a wide range of sectors
  • Connect with Kingston University alumni invited through the DARE team
  • Refreshments provided throughout the evening
  • Open invitation to Heads of Schools, Deans, and academic staff
