Kingston Students’ Union (KSU) is looking for a Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support our dynamic team. This is your opportunity to help shape how we engage with our vibrant student community and contribute to the voice and vision of KSU.

Role Overview:

  • Support the effective Marketing and Communications of the Union's activities, services, and campaigns to increase student engagement.
  • Assist in creating and delivering engaging content across digital and print platforms, ensuring alignment with the Union’s branding and strategic goals, and increasing our visibility.
  • Coordinate the successful ongoing implementation of our KSU brand, bringing it to life across digital platforms and physical materials.
  • From engaging campaigns to impactful content, you’ll work alongside the Marketing and Communications Manager to align our communications with KSU’s strategy, making it meaningful, relevant, and inspiring to our members.

Recruitment process:
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and shortlisted applicants will be asked to complete an online marketing task within a set time frame. If you are taken to the next stage in our recruitment process, you will be invited to an online interview with a selection of internal stakeholders. We aim to inform both successful and unsuccessful candidates within a 72-hour window of completing the interview.
