Notice – KSU By-Election

In accordance with KSU’s governing documents, we hereby announce the notice for the KSU by-elections of the following roles for 2025/26: 

School Community Reps

• Built Environment & Geography School Community Rep (Undergraduate)

• Computer Science & Mathematics School Community Rep (Postgraduate) 

• Law, Social & Behavioural Sciences School Community Rep (Postgraduate)

Nominations 

Nomination dates: 

Nominations open on the 15th of September 2025 at 00:00 

Nominations close on the 3rd of October 2025 at 23:59 

 

Nomination eligibility: 

You must be a Kingston Student for the duration of the academic year, and studying within the School or Faculty for which you are applying. 

 

How to submit a nomination: 

You will be able to fill out a nomination form on the KSU website during nominations period (15th September – 3rd October). 

 

Voting 

Voting eligibility: Anyone who is a Kingston University student is eligible to vote 

 

Voting dates: From 00:00 the 6th of October to the 8th of October 2025 at 17:00.  

Results will be uploaded onto our website by 21:00
