    make the payment plan option equal for international students

      I agree that international students should have the opportunity to pay in instalments. The current payment plan does not accommodate the fact and needs of these students. They can’t assume that they’ll have that amount of money upfront. Enable them to pay in 3 like home students. They deserve the same opportunities as home students without worrying about the financial constraints.
