    division of fee in 4-3 installment in a year

      As being an international student paying the fees in lumpsum become challenging as cumulating the amount first hand and going through the process as the date for paying the 2 big amount is very close to each other and as someone whose come on a student loan the I could save on interest a lot if the there are more then 2 installment if possible please enact this fast as possible thank you
