You can visit our helpdesk from Monday to Friday 10am - 4pm during term time, or book an appointment with an advisor if your issue relates to your studies.

I’m struggling with my mental health. How can I get support?

We’re here for you, but its important you seek professional support. Please consult with your GP. If you aren’t registered with a local GP, register to the GP on campus.

Uni provides free counselling sessions for students. Get in touch with the well-being team.

You might be eligible for mitigating circumstances if you have an upcoming assignment deadline or exam if you are or were struggling with your health at the time.

I need money to pay my bills. Where can I get support?

Uni can provide financial aid if you’re in difficulty. In 2022, Kingston Uni awarded more than 700 bursaries to new students with a household income below £25,000 to help them have the best possible start at university.
